About Maya

Maya Youssef is motivated and determined to help you find your new home and start this next chapter of your life. Maya is a Washington native, born and raised in Montgomery County, Maryland. Her strong and deep ties to the community and more than “googleable” knowledge of the metro area have allowed her to develop a profound understanding of its ever-changing real estate market. Although new to Compass, Maya is no stranger to the DC real estate market, having years of experience as a real estate advisor under her belt. Her unwavering positivity, entrepreneurial experience, negotiation skills, and “get it done” attitude have extensively contributed to the success she’s achieved in her real estate career thus far. Maya’s most valuable assets are her natural affinity for people, authenticity, and tenacious work ethic. They are largely responsible for her excellent client rapport and the genuine long-lasting relationships she’s cultivated with all of her present and past clients. After studying Psychology at the University of Maryland, Maya immediately got her real estate license and began learning the intricacies of the real estate industry.
