Matty Wagner has specialized in commercial leasing and sales of Office and Industrial-Flex product in the Bay Area for more than 15 years. He has completed over 250 Lease and Sale transactions that include lease listings in excess of 100,000sf and $20+ Million sale listings. Through persistence and constant marketing strategies he has helped his clients meet and surpass their goals.
Matty attended St. Ignatius College Preparatory, graduated from The University of California at Santa Barbara and is an active member of The Guardsmen of San Francisco. He works hard to create great value for his clients and also works hard to benefit the less fortunate through dedicated work with The Guardsmen.
Matty was born in Marin County and now lives in Marin County with his wife and two daughters.
