In 2016, Matt and Peter sold their Oakland loft to renovate a dreamy Mid-Century Modern home near Berkeley's Rose Garden. They love design, planning, and coordinating with talented tradespeople. Peter enjoys poetry, baking, and gardening outside of real estate, while Matt loves fitness and taking long walks with their fur child, Parker.
