At Wellesley High School, he transformed his passion into a business by founding Sky Vision Marketing—an aerial photography and video production company catering to the real estate and advertising sectors. Matthew's entrepreneurial spirit flourished as he pursued his education at Babson College, graduating Summa Cum Laude with concentrations in Business Analytics and Finance. Following graduation, Matthew joined Meta (Facebook), where he works as a Project Manager supporting groundbreaking product launches such as Metaverse, Generative AI, and Threads.

Joining forces with Compass—a renowned industry leader known for its innovative and technology-driven approach—was a natural progression for Matthew.
