About Matt
Since 2000, Matthew Montgomery has been one of the top-performing agents in the state and the local Newton/Brookline market. Matt has participated in well over a billion dollars of sales during his 20+ year real estate career and his personal sales consistently rank him among the top 500 agents nationally. Early on in his career, Matt developed a team approach that has served his diverse client base remarkably well. Managing the business with Marissa Jazmin and his partner & operations manager Katie Faraone, they collaborate to deliver the most personalized and professional experience possible to every client. The Matt Montgomery Group has proven itself to be the most consistently productive team in the market, a group completely committed to servicing their buyer and seller clients at the highest possible level regardless of price point.
An area resident for almost forty years, Matt lives locally with his wife and two teenage daughters who attend public school. Matt brings intelligence, a broad depth of experience, boundless energy and a tenacious work ethic to his real estate practice. With a background in sales, marketing and customer service, he possesses the skills crucial to building a successful business. Few agents have participated in as many transactions over the course of their career. Matt's gracious rapport, innate intuitiveness and commitment to service, with a focus on putting the clients' needs first, effectively combine to create a unique and comfortable relationship with both his buyer and seller clients. Matt appreciates the diversity of people and property and strives to work in all price ranges with a wide cross section of clients.
