Matthew Boudousquie

  Matthew Boudousquie is a dedicated real estate broker serving the vibrant communities Whatcom, and Skagit County based in Bellingham. Having made this beautiful region his second home from 1992 to 2013, Matthew returned in 2018 to support his aging father and stepmother. It was here that he also met the love of his life, Kerri, who grew up in this area, cementing his deep connection to the community.

Matthew's passion for real estate is rooted in his background in hospitality, where he thrived on creating joyful moments and lasting memories for families. He is thrilled to translate this passion into helping clients find their perfect homes, believing that real estate is about more than transactions it's about helping people find their place in the world.


Though new to the real estate industry, Matthew is no stranger to helping clients achieve their dreams. His meticulous attention to detail and commitment to service earned him the prestigious Gold Best Chef award from Bellingham Alive in 2023, followed by a Bronze in 2024. He now eagerly applies these skills to real estate, bringing a unique perspective and dedication to his clients.




  Matthew is happily married to Kerri, his partner both in life and at Compass, where they work as a team. Together, they enjoy life with Matthew's spirited 8-year-old stepdaughter and their four beloved pets: three Whoodles named Pepper, Sultan, and Sucia, and Arlo, their regal cat.
In his free time, Matthew loves cooking, eating, laughing, and exploring the abundant nature around him. His commitment to his community and family, coupled with his professional acumen, make him an invaluable asset to anyone navigating the real estate market in Bellingham and beyond.
