Matt Proveaux was raised on the barrier islands off Savannah, Georgia where he developed his southern hospitality and tenacity. He moved to Brookhaven in 2016 while attending Georgia State University. His love for real estate grew during his college years, and his final inspiration to become an agent stemmed from books he read and the undeniable beauty of Atlanta’s homes. Matt’s approach to real estate aligns with the outstanding reputation and values implemented by everyone at Beacham & Company. He believes that knowledge is power and is always striving to learn more.

Matt understands that buying a house is the biggest financial investment in a person’s life. He prides himself on his relentless determination to service his clients while having keen negotiation and communication skills. Matt has an entrepreneurial spirit and passion for helping everyone.

When he is not selling real estate, Matt is an avid golfer and surfer. Both of which have allowed him to travel and explore some of the finest real estates in the United States. On a more daily basis, Matt loves hiking with his dog Remy, playing guitar, and fly fishing. When Matt is not outside you can find him studying market trends or indulging in books.
