"Matt showed us several properties in Prescott but the house we bought had a great 'vibe' and we loved it immediately. Matt submitted our offer to the Bank (who owned the foreclosed house.) Soon after, the Bank took the house off the market but re-listed it within a few weeks. So Matt submitted another offer for us - lower than the first - and it was accepted.
