While Matt has been a licensed broker since 2017, his love for real estate stems from his childhood, when he routinely tagged along with his Dad collecting rent for a family investment property in Wicker Park. Matt was born and raised on the North Side of Chicago in Old Town, near the intersection of Sedgwick and North Avenue. He now resides in East Pilsen.
Matt attended Saint Ignatius College Prep in the heart of Chicago. Following that he attained his bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He then launched a career in television, working at Comcast SportsNet Chicago, where he covered the sports teams he grew up idolizing. Matt is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Sports Administration at Northwestern University.
Matt takes a holistic approach with his clients, understanding that each real estate transaction is unique. While he relies on his strong comprehension of Chicago’s neighborhoods and suburbs, Matt also partners his clients, if need be, with his expansive network of professionals in the industry, including mortgage brokers, inspectors, and attorneys. Matt’s top priority is ensuring his clients are supported at the highest level.
In his spare time, Matt enjoys traversing the Chicago restaurant scene, channeling his inner yogi at Core Power, being adventurous on day trips, and cheering on his favorite sports teams.
