Matt has been a lifelong resident of the Lake Minnetonka area and has lived on the lake most of his life.  As a top producing agent in the Lake Minnetonka area, he has created a unique experience for his clients by creating the right size team with a diverse set of skills.  

"I learned early in my career, doing too much volume was not in the best interest of the clients.  Real estate is most people's biggest investment and deserves the full attention of the whole team.  I limit the number of clients I work with and do a better job than my clients expect."

Matt's experience in real estate ranges from traditional sales to land development to new construction.  He also was elected to local government and has even general contracted new construction projects.
