Matt Issa

Matt Issa was born and raised in Iran, where he learned to speak Azerbaijan as his first language and Farsi as his second. He became fluent in English through his education and travels. In 1999, Matt moved to Houston, Texas, where he has called it home ever since.

With almost a decade of experience in real estate, Matt has been involved in a variety of deals, including residential, commercial, investment, and land transactions. His extensive knowledge and expertise have made him a trusted advisor to many clients over the years.

In 2020, Matt founded his own brokerage, Plextown, which quickly gained a reputation for its exceptional service and attention to detail. However, in recent years, he decided to join Compass Real Estate, where he can leverage the company's cutting-edge technology and resources to provide even better service to his clients.

Despite his busy schedule, Matt remains actively involved in the community and is passionate about giving back. He has volunteered his time and resources to numerous charitable organizations over the years, including Habitat for Humanity and the Houston Food Bank.

In his free time, Matt enjoys traveling, exploring new cultures, food and playing with the family dog, Duke. He is also an avid soccer fan and loves watching and playing the sport whenever he can.
