About Matt

Matt Heilman has been a top producing real estate agent for 10 years. He's spent his entire life in the Madison area, growing up in Middleton and later attending the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Matt is married and has 3 active children.

Matt is an avid Badger and Packer fan, a lover of the lakes, and a coach of many things. He's a lifelong member of the Mad-City Water Ski Team, coaching and directing the team to multiple championships, he was a state champion varsity soccer coach, and he's been the Director of the United States Water Ski Team for 3 World Championships.

Matt has served hundreds of people with their real estate needs, carving out particular niches with lake and luxury properties, first time home buyers, downsizing sellers, and estate sales. He's coached top producing real estate agents and taught countless training sessions for new realtors. Matt thrives on top notch communication and customer service, and he's service oriented, leading and guiding his clients through every step of their real estate journey.
