Chris Massey (Team Owner):
New York native Christopher Massey is one of those rare personalities that can enter a room full of people, be completely at ease and immediately relate to everyone he meets. It's a warm and empathetic approach that is the cornerstone of his more than 12 years of New York City real estate success. An intuitive and caring people person, he's able to thoroughly assess his clients' needs and leverage his extensive city knowledge and real estate expertise to exceed their expectations. Chris honed his elite client service skills during a successful 15-year career in the hospitality industry where he managed and founded well-known nightclubs. In addition to his real estate work, he's a passionate believer in giving back and a member of several of the city's most active charitable organizations.

Chris was born and raised in Manhattan, attended Riverdale Country Day School and Wheaton College. He has resided all over the city and in the Hamptons, which makes him an ideal resource for those considering a relocation or second home. Today, Chris lives in the Flatiron District where he can frequently be found in Madison Square Park with his new puppy.




Jana Williamson (team member):
Jana is a native of the sunny city of Jacksonville, Florida and has been a resident of New York City since 2010. Living everywhere from Williamsburg to Soho (and most areas in between) she finds that location is everything and is committed to finding the perfect home for her clients.

The excitement of finding the right floor plan and envisioning a space at its fullest potential has sparked her interest in pursuing a career in real estate, and she couldn’t be happier.

Before entering the real estate industry Jana spent years in the hospitality industry working for some of NY’s most successful hotels and nightclubs. This hospitality background, coupled with her enjoyment for discovering new real estate, keeps Jana enthusiastic about being of service to her clients by continuously finding new and upcoming spaces. She believes that finding her clients the right place in the right neighborhood can drastically improve their quality of life and strives to make their search for a new home or apartment as enjoyable for them as it is for her.

In her spare time, you can find her hanging out with her dog Franklin, making updates to her own home, and indulging in all things wellness.
