About Maryann
When it comes to real estate, Maryann Ries’ goal is always the same: “find best possible price, in the shortest period of time, with the least amount of hassle.” It’s a mantra that has served her well, as she has closed over 600 transactions in her career.
An agent since 2004, Maryann currently holds real estate licenses in Florida, Ohio, and Kentucky. She prides herself on being able to “think like the consumer,” a skill she learned during her 18-year career in Consumer Packaged Goods Sales and Marketing with industry giants DowBrand and SC Johnson. Her unparalleled negotiation skills, coupled with decades of experience in marketing, are her biggest assets when it comes to working with buyers and sellers from all walks of life.

Maryann and her husband Steve raised their two children in Cincinnati before relocating to Naples in 2017. She enjoys traveling, reading, and outdoor activities that do not include sleeping in a tent. She is currently writing a book entitled, "Conquering Cancer—Tools to Help You On Your Journey,” a passion project fueled by her desire to teach breast cancer patients how much more power we have over our own healing than we may think.
