1) We met Mary 3 years prior to buying our current home at an open house - coincidentally, this is the house we ended up buying 3 years later. I knew instantly when meeting Mary that I wanted to work with her. I trusted her off the bat & it sure paid off in the long run. Mary went to work for us as soon as I phoned her to follow up. She went above & beyond for us when I inquired on numerous properties over this 3-year time frame. Mary never made me feel as if I was a bother & ALWAYS was quick to follow up. Every house we looked at, Mary gave me her honest feedback & brought her expertise to the table that proved to me I made the right choice in working with her. Our journey took time as I already owned a home in my neighborhood & we had very specific needs, a specific price point & we wanted to stay in our neighborhood or move closer to downtown Hingham. When our home where Mary and I first met came back on the market 3 years later, after two sales, Mary guided us successfully in what ended up being a bidding war. I never felt at risk of not getting the home due to Mary's advice throughout this process, although in hindsight we should have been stressed. We wanted this home & Mary helped us structure our offer to win. We have been in our home now for almost 2 months & every day I come home I could not be happier. Mary also made the process (post accepted offer) a breeze & she went above & beyond to handle things that truly were not part of her job. I cannot recommend someone more highly than I would Mary. Everyone deserves transparency, honesty, and integrity from whom they work with when buying a house - Mary is all that and beyond & I am truly grateful for Mary's hard work on our behalf, I wouldn’t have changed a thing about our experience.

2) I met Mary last April when I called to view a house I was interested in. As it turned out it was exactly what I wanted. I bought it and I am currently living in it.
