"I met Mary Paige Snell last March while I was checking out real estate listings online at Starbucks. She was seated next to me and I overheard her talking about the real estate market. I then asked her if she was an agent. She said "Yes". I then told her my story about how tough it was to find a reasonably priced apartment in Manhattan.
