Since launching her real estate career in 2015, Mary Kate has built an impressive resume of residential sales, development, property management and commercial sales and leasing expertise. Before real estate, Mary Kate graduated from the University of Delaware with a bachelor of science degree in management and honed her exceptional people skills, grace under pressure and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment in the human resources department at Barclays Bank.

Mary Kate resides in the popular Trolley Square neighborhood, where she loves the close-knit community and living near the best restaurants in the city. She is deeply involved with her high school alma mater, Ursuline Academy, and has served as the alumnae association president since September 2020. Mary Kate also volunteers for Serviam Girls Academy and is a board member for DREW: Delaware (Commercial) Real Estate Women.
