"Mary Ann is a great agent and my wife and I highly recommend her! She has so much knowledge about the neighborhoods that we were interested in (Willow Glen, Cambrian, Campbell). She raised her kids in the area and we really valued her opinions and personal experience as well as her extensive professional experience. Mary Ann was always willing to be flexible with our schedules and spent many evenings and weekends showing us houses, often times rearranging her own personal schedule. We spent around 4 months, and we must have seen over 100 houses, putting offers in on 3 others (and coming in 2nd 3 times) before getting our house (that we love!). We never felt pressured in any way and she always remained upbeat and positive during the process, even when we got discouraged. Her customer service was always top notch and she was always very responsive to emails, phone calls and texts... and I called her a lot! I really liked the Comparative Market Analyses that she and her team put together for houses that we were interested in. As an engineer, I liked to see all of the comps and sale vs. asking prices etc. and the last page was always a suggested price range. She has strong negotiation skills and I always felt like she had our best interests in mind. We were very happy with the price that we paid for our house. Lastly, the relationship didn't stop once we moved into our house. She has a number of great contacts from movers to contractors to appliance repair technicians etc. We had a couple of issues with repairs/home warranty and she really went out of her way to make sure that we were taken care of.
