"Marty and Deborah distinguished themselves in the following ways: They did a great job pricing our property. We had no idea that our house could command such a high price! Their many years of experience count. They insisted on carefully preparing the house for sale, offering both great guidelines and hands-on help. They engaged an excellent photographer who used both still photos and 3-D simulation to present the house in an ideal light—despite gloomy weather conspiring to make things difficult!
