What would we do without Marta? She keeps us organized, puts out fires, and reminds us what day it is. ;) She’s no stranger to the fast-paced world of real estate—before joining our team, she worked with everyone from commercial industrial developers and luxury real estate teams to CEOs and directors. Marta is one smart cookie! Marta is a Washingtonian through and through. She grew up in Olympia, moved to Seattle to earn a degree in Sociology from the University of Washington, and since then has lived in Greenwood, Ballard, and Capitol Hill. She loves exploring Seattle neighborhoods with her sweet Dachshund, Chip—they are always in search of a cute park to frolic in! When Marta’s not chasing Matt and Ryan around, you’ll also find her showing homes and making deals happen for her clients. Marta’s dream day is brunching at Portage Bay, squeezing in a sweat sesh at Pure Barre or Barry’s, pursuing the Ballard Farmers Market, and catching up on reality television (her obsession). And don’t forget: That’s Marta with a capital T!
