Marshall Ward

In July of 2024, Marshall joined Compass Commercial, a premier real estate company offering comprehensive services for leasing, buying, and selling commercial properties. Marshall specializes in the acquisition and disposition of Bay Area Multi-Family Housing, and has sold over $300M in commercial real estate, consisting of a diverse range of asset types from land, office, multi-family, hospitality, and single tenant net lease properties. Outside of brokerage, Marshall has extensive experience as a principal in over ten personal investment properties including multifamily investments, development sites, and residential sub divisions.

Marshall has over a decade of experience assisting clients build wealth, most recently spending the last nine years at Marcus & Millichap as First Vice President of Commercial Investments.

Marshall is a member of the California Association of Realtors and licensed by the California Department of Real Estate.
