About Marmie
Marmie Leech developed a passion for real estate at a young age when her parents decided to take on their first fixer-upper project. She spent countless weekends helping her family restore an old home to its former glory and learned the power of real estate as an investment.
Marmie began her real estate career as an Attorney working with a title company in Dallas-Fort Worth. That experience gave her extensive knowledge in all aspects of the closing process. After realizing how much she enjoyed helping her clients achieve their real estate goals, she decided to transition into residential real estate.
Marmie was raised in Kentucky and made her way to Dallas to attend Southern Methodist University where she graduated with a B.A. from Meadows School of the Arts. She then went on to receive her Juris Doctor at Texas A&M University School of Law.
In her free time, Marmie enjoys interior decorating and renovating with her husband, Ryan, and spending time with her twin toddlers and golden retrievers.
