About Mark
Mark Stoelk is a Northwest native with over fourteen years of residential construction and real estate development experience. Mark speaks fluent Mandarin Chinese and has worked overseas spending years immersed in emigrant communities on the West Coast. After graduating from Utah Valley University with a degree in international business management, he came home to Seattle to work for Nordstrom. At Nordstrom he managed both men’s and women’s luxury apparel sales.
Mark is a licensed Real Estate Broker who represents both buyers and sellers. His background in residential development and construction offers his clients strict attention to detail and quality. Each client is ensured a personalized experience because of his ability to bridge cultural divides and develop strong relationships.
Staying active in the community is very important to Mark. He has a strong commitment to childhood education and helping children develop active and healthy lifestyles. He tutors beginning Chinese courses to children in Northeast Capitol Hill. He is also an assistant coach for the boy’s youth 7 Capitol Hill Soccer Club.
