I was born and raised within the Chicagoland area. After attending Augustana, a small liberal arts school in the Quad Cities, I knew my passion required the city lights and transferred to DePaul University. After debating law school, I decided to work for a small business within the North Shore of Chicago.

While living in Lincoln Park and working in the North Shore, I immediately found my immersed within the community and built strong bonds with both local residents and businesses throughout the New Trier township. The importance of community outreach and creating strong client relationships is a skill set honed throughout my tenure in the North Shore business community.

Having lived in both the North Shore and Chicago for the past 20 years, my knowledge is extensive and impressive on all aspects of the North Shore market. With a knack and drive for real estate and an unsurpassed knowledge on homes, I decided to enter the real estate industry in 2016. My eye for design, my extreme attention to detail, my vast personal knowledge on communities, and my penchant for client services, provide clients with balancing attributes that makes me stand above the crowd.

My new position within the Jerfita Pierson team here at Compass is the Director of Operations to make sure everything stays on track. As the newest addition to the Jerfita Pierson Team, I have the organizational skills to assist clients during the buying or selling transaction.
