For 29 years Mark has been a leader in the real estate industry throughout the Texas hill country. Specializing in farm and ranch, residential, luxury and recreational live water properties as well as commercial properties, he is a seasoned professional with a sterling reputation who is committed to finding the perfect solution to his clients’ real estate needs.

His vast range of experience includes ranch management, development of cattle and livestock programs, wildlife management, agriculture, mineral and water rights. He has extensive knowledge and expertise in the conversion of farm and ranch land to commercial, industrial, and single/multi-family developments working as a liaison between developers and municipalities. His guidance in Tax Abatement and Deferral, 1031 Exchanges, and mineral deeds are beneficial to his clients who are interested in creating generational wealth. Known for his ability to find unique properties throughout Texas and the United States, he has attracted clientele which includes well known celebrities and sports figures seeking heritage ranches and private retreats with guaranteed discretion and protection.

Mark is an 8th generation Texan whose family settled Texas with Stephen F. Austin and the original 300, and his family history includes generations of ranchers and cattlemen, bankers, and Realtors. He is passionate about all things sports related and has helped create select football and baseball organizations that have produced numerous professional and D1 college athletes. He and his wife, Stephanie, have five children and devote their leisure time to helping central Texas youth excel in sports as well as other outdoor activities.
