"Highly recommend! Mark helped me sell my parents home in San Jose and is very experienced to deal with the unique real estate market in Silicon Valley. He and his team made the process easy and they were always just a text/ phone call away. After looking at the home, Mark recommended a plan to get the home ready to show, which included minor fixes and updates (e.g. sod, paint, deep clean). He also arranged for staging and professional photos to make the home "pop" in virtual showings (due to COVID). He priced it just right to drive interest.
