Mark Cohan has extensive real estate knowledge and experience that helps enhance his client’s real estate buying and selling experience from initial contact to the successful sale of their house or purchase of their new home. Mark began his career in 2001, as a Buyer’s Agent for a high producing real estate team focused on helping buyers with homes in the Monterey Peninsula and the Salinas Valley area. During his time as a Buyer’s Agent, he was able to educate, guide and service hundreds of families to help find their dream home. Mark created specialized systems and tools to help each family stay completely informed during their home buying experience. Mark's goal is to keep his clients educated and informed from start to finish during the real estate experience.
