Maritza Vinton

Maritza is a genuine, hardworking Realtor® who is passionate about helping buyers and sellers meet their real estate dreams. She has worked in every aspect of the industry, representing builders, buyers, sellers, brokers, and bankers. Her broad background in real estate, coupled with several years as an educator, gives her a unique ability to nurture and guide her clients through their important and emotional real estate transactions.

Maritza is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin with a B.A. in History and an M.Ed. in Education. The South Texas native, who comes from a family of builders and designers was introduced to real estate at an early age. Growing up, she worked in sales for her father’s growing home building company, often working with designers to stage homes. Through this experience, she first gained knowledge and a love for real estate.

While living in Los Angeles, Maritza worked the mortgage side of the industry. She counseled homebuyers on their mortgage loans, worked with multiple lenders to find the best fit for her clients, processed the loans, and worked extensively with the title office along the way. Sometimes interactions with the title office can be confusing to home buyers and sellers, and she loves being able to share her first-hand experience and guide her clients through the process a unique experience that most other Realtors® cannot claim.

In her free time, Maritza loves to spend time with her husband, Patrick, sons, Oliver and George, cooking, traveling, and trying new restaurants. She relaxes by painting and is active in her church.
