★★★★★"Marisa is the absolute best! She made the stress and complexity of selling a home all but disappear. As a busy professional, knowing Marisa was managing the process from beginning to end put my mind at ease. I would work with Marisa again, without hesitation, and recommend that others do the same!" - Rachel
★★★★★"I moved from CA to ATL to be closer to family. While a cross-country move is stressful enough, I was also trying to purchase my first home while out of state. I was lucky to have a friend recommend Marisa. She knows the Atlanta market like the back of her hand and is well versed in competitive market negotiation, which is a must these days! She took the time to explain the buying process to me and breakdown terminology that can be confusing for a first-time home buyer. She also made a handful of recommendations that paid off in the end. I am happy in my new home in an amazing walkable neighborhood ITP! For real, run don’t walk. Marisa is legit the best. I would happily work with her again." - Hillary
★★★★★"I'm not sure there are many things more stressful than buying a house from out of state in a wildly competitive market - but we did it, and it absolutely wouldn't have happened without Marisa's help and expertise. She has a very personal approach but with the resources of a well-established brokerage behind her. We had a very broad scope in our initial search, and she really helped us focus on what mattered to us. She drove me all over Atlanta so that I could get a feel for houses and neighborhoods, and she paid very close attention to what I was noticing - she realized some of my preferences before I did. We trusted Marisa so much that we put in an offer on a house based solely on a Face Time walk-through and her thoughts about whether the house was the right fit for us. Now, even after closing, she's still putting in the time, helping us manage getting the house ready for move-in, answering my questions about paint colors, generally being amazing..."
She lives in Grant Park with her two children and her husband Champ, also a member of Groundwork Realty Group. An avid supporter of public schools, Marisa donates a portion of every closing to public schools in SE Atlanta. When she's not working or wrangling her kids, she enjoys browsing interior design magazines, gardening, planning vacations, and all things Disney.
