About Marina
I’m Marina Krueger, a Bay Area Real Estate Agent with a 25 year career in the commercial and residential real estate market. I have lived in San Francisco and Marin County and have personally experienced the ups and downs of the real estate market. I know the challenges it brings and believe it is a privilege to own a home in this exclusive real estate market.
When I was told I couldn’t afford to buy a home in San Francisco in the late 90’s, I sold my Subaru, got a roommate and set out saving for a downpayment for a house in... Miami. Yes, I had to start in Miami where I bought a condo, held it for a year and sold it for double what I paid. That transaction enabled me to afford my first San Francisco home, a 500 square foot cottage at Ocean Beach.

* I’m married with a middle school aged son
* We have a rescue pit bull with one eye and 2 orange rescue cats. I will have an entire farm full of rescue animals someday! My ultimate real estate goal!
* Grew up in Michigan, graduated from UofA in Tucson, moved to Boulder, CO then Prague then SF and finally Larkspur.
* I’ve run 6 marathons and dozens of 1/2 marathons, a few century bike rides - but never a triathalon
* I am passionate about all things real estate and have done several of my own projects and 'flips'. From the Hudson Valley of New York to Napa Valley with my sights set on Barcelona Spain.
