"We used a new and I believe unique program called Compass Concierge which is exclusive to Accardo Real Estate and Compass. Through the program we were able to restore my late mother-in-law's 45 yr old custom home. We painted the exterior, installed new landscaping, added quartz counter tops, new windows, etc. The results were a beautifully restored family home that we were proud to offer for sale. Compass fronted all the costs and there were no hidden fees or interest. Payment was simply collected at the end of escrow.
There is no way that we would have been able to do all the restoration needed without this program. Tony and his wife Marina managed all the contractors, provided design advice and made the process easy. Our home was so gorgeous that it was featured in the Curbed LA real estate blog network. Our open houses were packed every weekend and we sold our home quickly. We were actually on vacation out of state when we closed escrow so Tony set up a notary to come to us.
