"We've had a superb experience working with Marie who helped us sell our house ~200k above the Zillow estimate. This was all during a challenging time early 2023 when there hasn't been comps on the market for months, and the price was hard to gauge since a bunch of uncertainties were thrown in in recent months, from tech layoffs to fluctuating interest rates to Silicon Valley Bank failure. Despite all this, Marie, helped us navigate through to a better than expected sale price.
