"As many realize, deciding on a realtor is a fraught process unless you are buying/selling homes frequently! Given what's at stake, knowing your realtor and their position, or take on the many issues and hoops to jump through Bauds well for a good transaction. After interviewing the top three Realtors in my neighborhood and a couple of friend's referrals - I got a good understanding of personal synergies and a realistic perspective on my neighborhood market conditions.
