Maria Payne

A part of the Becker Rapp Residential group, Maria Payne specializes in Chicago with emphasis on first time home buying and investment properties.  Having a background in investment properties, Maria is able to advise her clients on total property value and long term management.  

Putting the client first is at the core of their business - being able to listen empathetically to their needs and deliver a full service.  Becker Rapp Residential works with their clients as if it were their investment on the line. They believe that the selling or buying of a home is a long-term relationship, and not simply a "transaction."

Owning nearly an 150 year old home and several rental properties has brought both joy and surprises in her own homeownership.  This translates to being able to share a passion for historical homes and how to navigate developing property value.  

Having been rooted in Chicago for over ten years, Maria loves to find hidden gems and experiences that bring new perspectives to the city.  Maria’s family life with her husband and two young sons allow her to connect with other families at this exciting stage.
