About Maria
Maria is a highly respected and accomplished professional in the real estate community. Her passion for the business grew from purchasing and selling several of her own and friends’ homes as well as investment properties.
Formerly in finance, Maria developed an instinctive understanding for both the financial and emotional aspects of real estate, which fosters a peace of mind among her clients who know she will do everything in her power to profitably sell their property or purchase their dream home. Her professionalism, attention to detail and business savvy form the ideal foundation for helping navigate clients through the emotional and financial process of buying and selling a home. She is highly adept at representing both buyers and sellers of all price sectors.
Originally from Brooklyn, Maria was raised in Westchester County, and has been living in Manhattan for more than 30 years. Having resided on both the Upper East and West Side, she serves clients in these neighborhoods and throughout the city with great passion and familiarity.
Maria studied at Pace University and Hunter College. She serves on the board of her own co-op. Outside of work, she enjoys the theater, exercising, traveling and enjoying the city with her daughter.
