About Maria
Maria was born in Colombia but grew up in Miami Beach. She has a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Florida (go gators) and an MBA from Arizona State University. She worked for 10 years with Intel Corporation in Phoenix, Arizona, where she held multiple positions including Industrial Engineer for their manufacturing facility in Phoenix and Project Management for Intel's Assembly factories in Costa Rica, China, Malaysia, and the Philippines. In the 10 years she spent working for Intel she learned the importance of timelines, communication, and working with different cultures.
In 2006 Maria cofounded VM Enterprises, which focuses on investing in real estate in Arizona and has completed over 100 projects. Shortly after this venture she discovered her passion for Real Estate and obtained her Florida Real Estate license in 2008. She's been investing in real estate for 18 years. This has helped her gain tremendous knowledge, experience, and complexity of real estate transactions.
In 2021 Maria and her family moved back to South Florida and she focused on working with clients in the areas of Broward and Palm Beach counties. Maria is bilingual (English and Spanish), and she loves to stay active and spend time with her family. She aims to provide exceptional service, make any transaction as easy as possible, and advocate for my clients.
