About Margot
Margot Tempereau is a Broker/Agent specializing in the marketing and sale of modern and design centric architecture throughout the greater Los Angeles area. She has represented homes designed by celebrated masters including Frank Gehry, Richard Neutra, Ray Kappe, Pierre Koenig, Edward H. Fickett, Richard Dorman, Gregory Ain, Harold Bissner, Jr., Palmer & Krisel and many other equally inspired architects and designers.
Born and raised in Los Angeles, Margot is keenly aware of Los Angeles’ modern architectural history and is active in the City’s cultural and historic preservation efforts. Having resided in and explored a multitude of neighborhoods in Los Angeles throughout her life, she sells modern, unique and character-rich homes wherever they exist — from the San Fernando Valley to the Westside, Eastside, San Gabriel Valley and everywhere in between.
Before transitioning to real estate, Margot enjoyed many years as an attorney in private practice in downtown LA, Century City and Beverly Hills.
