"Mardi helped us buy our 2 days ago. As the first time home buyer, I thought buying a would be as simple as buying a car. Later, I realized the process was not that simple. It requires team work. So the buyer's agent, attorney and mortgage broker are on your team. At the very beginning I didn't listen to Mardi and used my own mortgage broker from a big bank. The result was that I did a lot of hard work but still failed to get the commitment letter after two months.
