"Marcy is a master negotiator, has longstanding relationships with many in the real estate world, and knows how to keep a calm head in a heated market. All of this translated into a smooth transaction--we even got money back from our seller for repairs. It’s a miracle we got our house in the competitive Brooklyn market, and I know we couldn’t have done it without her."
