About Marcy

I am the daughter of a NYC firefighter, a mom, avid outdoor enthusiast, art & music lover, volunteer, a committed and dedicated real estate advisor.

I bring deep personal experience and knowledge to my real estate work: During the past 34 years I have owned several properties, and resided in 6 unique communities in the greater Jacksonville area, including 14 years of living the riverfront lifestyle. Presently, I am a resident of the quaint Neptune Beach community. I have been successfully helping many families listing and selling homes throughout San Marco, St Johns County/St Augustine, Amelia Island, River and luxury Beachfront, in Duval, Nassau, St Johns County and surrounding areas. I have earned the nickname by my peers Geographical Guru.

Among the skills I apply to my real estate work is visual story telling. I refined this skill during my previous 28-year career in Jacksonville as a photojournalist, freelance photographer, and fine artist. A highlight of my career was being a Pulitzer Prize nominee.

In my free time I like to shop local in my favorite Atlantic/Neptune Beach/St Augustine Communities, plan travel adventures, play Pickleball, attend art openings, volunteer for the Beaches Sea Turtle Patrol and Jewish Family Community Services, delivering food to Holocaust survivors.
