Marcos has lived in beautiful Santa Barbara for over 20 years and has been working locally in real estate for over half a decade. Born into a family of Southern California real estate investors, Marcos has always kept a watchful eye on the local housing market. Supporting real estate investors with acquiring rental properties and flipping houses has given him exceptional insight into market fluctuations.
Prior to starting his career in real estate, Marcos worked as a construction project manager. Whether you’re looking to spruce up your home to prepare it for sale or you’re in the market to buy and have a remodel in mind, Marcos has the skills and knowledge to advise you on how to do so as efficiently as possible.
