Marcia Kelley

Marcia, a licensed Realtor and Phil’s wife oversees the marketing efforts and details for each one of their listings. She is involved in every aspect of the business, but her particular focus is working side by side with Phil on the homes they are listing. For sellers getting their homes ready for the market, Marcia loves helping ensure their listings are market ready and maximizes their home’s existing character. Her years of experience have honed her ability to tell sellers what they might not want to hear with a soft touch. She will assist in all areas of getting a home market ready including decluttering, repurposing items, assisting in staging, coordinating the work of minor repairs both inside and outside the home, and landscaping maintenance. First impressions mean everything. She loves creating print and online marketing materials that are fresh and original. Every house is different and so are the people that live in them. Marcia likes to get to know the clients they are working with, and her keen listening skills allow her to do that. It’s important for her to know why the sellers chose this home when they bought it and what special features would be important to a new buyer. Selling a home is a team effort and sellers are part of that team. After 50+ plus years of marriage she and Phil still work well together playing off each other’s strength and weaknesses and giving their clients their best advice as if it were their own home.

Marcia and Phil have lived on a quiet cul-de-sac in Potomac for over 20 years. Enjoy visits from their family and friends, traveling to warm places, The Kennedy Center, and Penn State football when they are not working.
