"As an out-of-towner from northern Missouri, looking for a winter home and unfamiliar with the Austin realty scene, I was in desperate need of someone with local knowledge and expertise who could help me locate a home suited to my needs. I needed to be close to the urban core and the dynamism of the city without feeling hemmed in or crowded, all on a limited budget. Marc gave me the assistance and insights I needed to narrow down a purchase. His knowledge of the local housing market, as well as financing opportunities, was critical to my search. I had to rely on Marc's knowledge and judgment from afar and he came through like a champ! After only a couple of months, I'd located my dream winter home, and didn't go broke in the process. Thanks, Marc!" - Joe

About Marc
Congratulations! If you are reading this, you must be contemplating buying or selling real estate in either beautiful Summit County, CO home of amazing ski resorts, including Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper, Vail, A-Basin, and Loveland or the beaches of the Sarasota,-Bradenton, Tampa areas. So get ready, as for most people, buying, selling or investing in a vacation home will be one of the most important things you will ever do. And for many, it can oftentimes be a confusing and stressful experience. That's where Marc comes in. Selecting the right real estate professional, one who is knowledgeable and experienced, one you can trust, and one with who you will have a good rapport can make all the difference in the world!

With over 15 years as a residential real estate agent, Marc brings a wealth of knowledge on local communities, current market conditions, and the home buying and selling process. Marc strives to provide exceptional service every step of the way, so he can provide you with a real estate experience that exceeds your expectations.

A number of years ago, Marc and his wife relocated to the Breckenridge area in the mountains of Summit County, Colorado from Austin, Texas where they lived for many years. Moving to the mountains full time was a dream come true. Before making the move, they owned several investment properties in Summit County and vacationed often; hiking, biking, skiing, and imagining the day when they could be in the mountains full time. A number of years ago that day finally arrived and their mantra became: Let’s Just Do It … LETS BE IN THE MOUNTAINS!

With a keen focus on lifestyle, Marc and his wife recently expanded their focus to include not just the mountains of Colorado, but now the beaches of the gulf coast in the Bradenton, Sarasota and Tampa areas in Florida.  A combination they find pretty hard to beat.

Before getting into real estate, Marc spent many years in the computer industry as a senior marketing executive where he developed and launched products, negotiated business deals, performed detailed market analysis, traveled extensively internationally and ran several multi-million dollar businesses. This enabled Marc to develop a unique set of skills and experience necessary to build a successful career in real estate. Marc quickly became successful in the Austin market where he worked both as a real estate agent and manager of over 100 real estate agents. You learn from experience and managing over 100 agents greatly accelerated the learning curve!

Over the years, Marc’s clients have valued and relied on him as a trusted, knowledgeable, and experienced real estate professional. As a philosophy, Marc embraces certain core values and principles including win-win or no deal, do the right thing, and customers always come first. Understanding that buying or selling real estate can be an emotional and stressful experience, Marc’s goal is to help make the experience as smooth, enjoyable, stress-free and successful as possible.

As an aspiring jazz musician, Marc did undergraduate work at NYU in music, Miles Davis being his hero. These days, Marc plays classical piano for enjoyment at home and has switched his fan allegiance from Miles, who he still loves, to Beethoven.

Marc graduated from Columbia University with a BSEE  and a Masters Degree in Acoustics from Penn State. Marc’s wife  has a BA from Wyoming University and a Masters from Harvard. Although not directly involved in the business, indirectly she is a valuable asset.

Marc and his wife have been happily married for over 30 years with 4 kids and a bunch of grandkids. They both enjoy a healthy lifestyle including hiking, biking, skiing, photography, music,  wine, and great food. Life is good, especially in the mountains … and now at the beach!
