Marc comes to Compass as a 15-year veteran of real estate, He is licensed as a real estate associate broker and holds multiple designations such as RPA (Real Property Administrator) FMA (facilities management administrator), CEM (Certified Energy Manager) and Leed AP.
By trade, Marc is a Mechanical Engineer graduating top of his class from New York Tech. He immediately put his skills to work and climbed to the position of National Director of Engineering for one of the country’s largest real-estate firms where he has been involved in the development of Multiple Class A office buildings in Times Square, Time Warner Center and most recently the Hudson Rail Yards to name a few.
Marc’s passion for real estate started when he was just 18 years old when he purchased his first property and quickly sold it for a profit, it was then when he knew he would pursue real estate as a career. Over the years he has purchased and developed many more deals for his family as well as being part of an acquisition team that has put together over 5 billion dollars’ worth of commercial and residential assets across the country.
Marc will be working closely with Angela Dooley and Nick Colombo’s and their Diamond award-winning team.
