About Marc
Marc Pina is the Managing Director of Sales for the Logan Circle and Georgetown offices of Compass.  Marc is a Washington, DC native who currently resides in Fairfax County, Virginia with his wife and two children.

Marc began his career at the Washington Convention Center in Washington, DC. After spending three years there, he continued his sales journey by selling Yellow Pages ads at US West, magazine advertising at Capital Style Magazine and newspaper ads in the Washington Post's renowned Real Estate section. Those jobs led him to HomeVisit, a provider of virtual tours, web site development and print marketing to Realtors and builders. Having spent the last five years talking to Realtors, he was truly bitten by the real estate bug and became a Realtor in 2003.

After helping his friends and family buy and sell homes for 6 years, Marc transitioned into real estate management and became a broker in 2009. Since then, he's managed several half billion dollar brokerage offices and now leads the number one general brokerage office in Washington, DC and is responsible for sales of over $4,000,000,000. Most importantly, however, Marc takes pride in developing and coaching newly-licensed agents and tenured veterans and helping them reach both their personal and professional goals.

In his "free" time, Marc is a budding real estate investor, a mentor of high school students at a local high school and a member of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc.
