Marc Fichera has enjoyed nearly a decade of New York City real estate experience. With $130+ million worth of real estate sales under his belt in the last five years, Marc began his real estate career managing Marketing and Operations for the top team at his prior firm, before transitioning to a full-time sales role in 2019. In 2022, Marc joined Hudson Advisory, ranked the #1 Mega Team in New York City by the Wall Street Journal. With a consummate knowledge base of New York City real estate and a reputation for utmost patience, professionalism, and integrity amongst his fellow brokers and clients alike, Marc has built a diverse network of clientele with a specialization of representing clients and properties Downtown.
