She began her career at Marcus & Millichap and later worked at CBRE, where she gained extensive experience in Investment, Multi Family, Office, Industrial, and Leasing transactions. Malonie is recognized for her market knowledge, exclusive data, and industry relationships, which she utilizes to help her clients achieve their objectives.

Throughout her career, Malonie has successfully executed complex Commercial Real Estate transactions, using her expertise to negotiate favorable deals for her clients.
