About Maggie
Maggie enjoys working closely with investor, developer and builder clients to find new project opportunities. Land brokerage is the perfect blend of creative, analytical thinking, partnership-creating, relationship building, project management and hustle. Being able to stay on top of what's happening in her local community is really exciting to Maggie, and being able to be a part of new projects from their inception takes vision, and is inherently fulfilling to her.

Maggie is a North Carolinian through and through: A Winston-Salem native, a graduate of UNC Chapel Hill and a resident of the Triangle for 12 years and counting.

When Maggie is not working, she loves to sing, cook, try new restaurants, see live music and travel. She's currently working toward a goal of visiting all the US National Parks. (On #18!)
