Prior to becoming a Realtor in Hawaii, Maggie served as director of marketing and sales for one of the largest real estate developers in China. In this role, she oversaw sales for luxury condo developments in the city of Shenzhen, giving her a strong foundation in high-end real estate and an understanding of the needs of world-class clients. Maggie’s “private banking” approach to real estate has led her to be sought out by multinational executives, celebrities, and other high-net-worth individuals buying homes in Hawaii. In 2014, she represented the buyer in a $13.5 million deal for a beachfront property on Kalanianaole Highway, the highest single sale on Oahu for that year.

Maggie is recognized as an expert on Chinese real estate investment and has been interviewed by outlets including Hawaii Business magazine and Pacific Business News. She is consistently listed as one of Hawaii’s top Realtors by Hawaii Business and Honolulu magazine, and is ranked as an A-list top producer for the US by the Asian Real Estate Association of America. Born and raised in Wuhan, China, Maggie holds a Bachelor’s degree in real estate management from Central China Normal University, and a Master’s degree in accounting from Oklahoma State University. Maggie在中国武汉的东湖之畔出生成长，毕业于华中师范大学房地产专业并获得房地 产管理学士学位，随后赴美并得Oklahoma州立大学的会计硕士学位。在成为夏威夷执 照经济人之前，Maggie曾在中国深圳知名地产开发商公司担任市场销售总监，负责多 个深圳市高档住宅楼盘项目的整体销售。独特的背景和经验为她在高端地产项目领域 积攒了丰富的专业知识和人脉。   

自从2001年定居夏威夷以来，Maggie爱上了夏威夷的“熔炉文化”、壮美的自然风光以 及热情的“ALOHA精神”。工作之余，Maggie热衷户外时光，与家人登山徒步，探索夏威 夷美丽壮观的景色。Maggie也是当地动物福利组织的志愿者，经常救助和保护流浪小 动物。
