In 2023, Madison Childress and the Detwiler + Wood Group accomplished yet another remarkable year, surpassing $380 million in closed and pending sales, with 34% of those sales occurring off-market. Moreover, Detwiler + Wood secured a spot, among the Top 10 teams nationwide within Compass, claiming the #1 position in Texas and Dallas.

2022 was a personal record year for Madison Childress, surpassing $22 Million in total sales, assisting her team in 160+ transactions, and recording another strong year for the Detwiler + Wood Group with $340+ Million sales. 

Born & raised in the Park Cities, Madison Childress is dedicated to bringing her valuable local knowledge, charisma combined with professionalism, & warm personality to the top producing team, the Detwiler + Wood Group.

After graduating from Highland Park High School, Madison received a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and a Minor in Business at the University of Texas at Austin. Upon graduation, she knew she wanted to return to the community she knows and loves. She began her career in luxury large scale events and soon after obtained her Texas Real Estate License. In 2020, she joined Detwiler + Wood as Transaction Coordinator where she quickly was exposed to diverse and complex transactions at some of the most exceptional properties in the metroplex. Now, as a Sales Agent & Executive Assistant, she continues to look for opportunities to grow, learn, and find ways to better serve her clients in this challenging market. Madison works alongside top agents, Amy Detwiler and Michelle Wood, to provide an unparalleled level of expertise and customer service to each client they have the opportunity to work with. Her passion for people, confident energy, and can-do attitude ensures each client has a fun & seamless transaction. Her attention to detail and organized nature drives her success and the satisfaction of her clients.

Growing up in Dallas, Madison holds an extensive knowledge in premiere neighborhoods, including Park Cities, Preston Hollow, Bluffview, Devonshire and East Dallas. She has concentrated on becoming a neighborhood expert so she can work with clients at every price point and stage of life. Due to the emotions and excitement that accompany these milestone moments, she is prepared to walk each client through these big decisions with compassion, diligence, and local market insight.  

Madison resides in the Highland Park with her husband and their adorable white lab, Boone. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends, traveling, and exploring fun new things to do in Dallas!
